WASHINGTON — If you have an iPhone 5s or 5c, you might not want to leave the house without one of these rechargeable batteries.
Apple is releasing a series of products to replace these battery packs, and they’re coming at a steep price.
Apple’s latest offerings, which it calls the Deep Cycle Battery, a “mini-iPhone battery,” and a “battery pack for the iPad,” will be available for $149 and $299.
The new Deep Cycle batteries will be able to store up to 16 hours of video and 16 hours on a single charge.
Apple also announced that it will offer a new battery for the MacBook Pro, which will be priced at $649.
And a new accessory for the iPhone 5S, which is priced at just $129.
The iPhone 5c will be upgraded to a new lithium-ion battery that can hold up to 24 hours of battery life.
Apple also announced a new charging dock, called the A123.
The new batteries are available in three colors, a black, silver, and gold, which are all available in-store for $39.99.
A blue version of the battery is also available for about $40.
Apple will be releasing the Deep cycle battery next week at an event at Apple Stores, Apple’s retail stores.
The battery will be released as an accessory and can be purchased from Apple retail stores starting in late September.
